What you’ll do:

  • Foundation Model Identification:
    • Identify and evaluate suitable foundation models for health and care applications, ensuring robust performance in the medical interview context.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers, to comprehend business requirements and identify opportunities for applying NLP and LLM models.
  • Scalable Data Pipelines:
    • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and automated data pipelines for tuning, evaluating, and monitoring LLM models specifically tailored for medical interview scenarios.
  • Stay Current with Research:
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and LLM research and apply this knowledge to continually enhance the performance and capabilities of our chatbot models.
  • Documentation:
    • Document the entire lifecycle of the design, development, and deployment processes of LLM models, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and collaboration.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing language ML models and experience with modern transformer based LLM models and algorithms.
  • Production Deployment:
    • Proven experience in successfully developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Programming Skills:
    • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to create efficient and maintainable code for machine learning applications.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across teams.
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$165,000$185,000 USD

Total Rewards

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
