Build creative frameworks and testing matrices to scale winners and retire underperformers quickly.
- •
Design and optimize landing pages with a conversion-first mindset, using data from heatmaps, analytics, and funnel behavior.
- •
Develop visual and structural templates for lifecycle emails, nurturing flows, and outbound sequences.
- •
Create testable design hypotheses based on data. Prioritize experiments using impact vs. effort and performance goals.
- •
Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to design, launch, and analyze tests.
- •
Document learnings and build a growing library of insights to scale across regions.
- •
Maintain a performance-focused design system that supports rapid iteration without sacrificing quality.
- •
Work with PMM and Paid Media on messaging frameworks and creative angles per segment, industry, or channel.
