Design and execute email and CRM journeys to move leads through the funnel and reduce MQL-to-SQL time.

Build and test nurture flows, onboarding sequences, and reactivation campaigns that drive engagement and product interest.
- •
Monitor pipeline health, creating dashboards and reports that track key growth metrics (SQLs, CAC, velocity, conversion).
- •
Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and content experiences to increase conversion rates.
- •
Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead quality, handoff consistency, and feedback loops that improve campaign targeting.
- •
Conduct A/B tests and small-scale experiments to validate hypotheses and improve results.
- •
Support SEO growth by identifying keyword opportunities, improving existing content, and coordinating with the Content team.
- •
Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to align messaging across lifecycle and acquisition channels.
