Very strong data/marketing-tech background; comfortable being hands-on at the ground level while building a team over time.
- •
Experience leading regional or segment-level demand generation strategies, not just tactical execution.
- •
Ability to execute AI workflows in modern tools such as Clay, AirOps.
- •
Mastery of acquisition platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and lifecycle tools.
- •
Deep understanding of pipeline metrics: CAC, SQLs, MQL-to-Close conversion, funnel velocity, and revenue influence.
- •
Track record of recruiting and scaling high-performing teams.
- •
Entrepreneurial, first-principles mindset with a bias for action and continuous experimentation.
