3+ years of professional experience in video production (scripting, shooting, lighting, audio, and editing), preferably in B2B, corporate branding, or industrial environments.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end video creation: pre-production (briefings, scripts, storyboards), production (directing, camera operation, lighting, and sound), and post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design).
- •
Ability to translate campaign and content goals into various video formats (short-form for social, institutional, testimonials, product demos, etc.).
- •
Advanced skills in video software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- •
Strong project management skills: handling studio resources, budgets, timelines, and both studio and on-location (industrial, office) shoots.
- •
Analytical mindset for defining and tracking video KPIs: hook rate, retention, completion rates, and impact on conversions.
- •
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working closely with Marketing, Growth, PMM, Sales, and Design teams.
- •
Availability for on-site work in São Paulo/SP
- •
Advanced English skills.
