Marketing at TRACTIAN

Tractian is revolutionizing industrial asset management with advanced B2B SaaS solutions that drive operational reliability and efficiency. Our high-ticket focus requires a strategic and results-driven marketing approach to generate and capture qualified opportunities that translate into measurable revenue impact.

What will you do

You will be the owner of Tractian’s studio: plan the content slate, scope and schedule productions, manage gear and workflows, and ensure every deliverable ties back to campaign strategy and business outcomes. You’ll translate briefs and product narratives into video concepts, run the full production lifecycle (pre → production → post), and build a scalable system of templates, assets, and processes. Expect to partner deeply with PMM, Growth, Design, Sales, and Community to align scripts, formats, and CTAs with ICP pain points and ABM teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage production schedules, resources, and SLAs; maintain studio gear, spaces, and vendor roster.

  • Translate campaign objectives into video formats per channel: LinkedIn shorts, YouTube explainers, landing-page hero videos, case-study features, event openers.

  • Lead pre-production (research, scripts, storyboards, bookings), production (camera, audio, lighting), and post (editing, color, sound, motion).

  • Capture in industrial environments when needed; assess safety/feasibility and plan light/portable setups.

  • Define video KPIs per objective (awareness, education, conversion assist): hook rate, retention, completion, CTR, assisted conversions/SQL influence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production (scripting, shooting, lighting, audio, and editing), preferably in B2B, corporate branding, or industrial environments.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end video creation: pre-production (briefings, scripts, storyboards), production (directing, camera operation, lighting, and sound), and post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design).

  • Ability to translate campaign and content goals into various video formats (short-form for social, institutional, testimonials, product demos, etc.).

  • Advanced skills in video software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

  • Strong project management skills: handling studio resources, budgets, timelines, and both studio and on-location (industrial, office) shoots.

  • Analytical mindset for defining and tracking video KPIs: hook rate, retention, completion rates, and impact on conversions.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working closely with Marketing, Growth, PMM, Sales, and Design teams.

  • Availability for on-site work in São Paulo/SP

  • Advanced English skills.

Bonus Points

  • Portfolio with B2B videos

  • Experience shooting in industrial settings

  • • Competitive salary and stock options

  • • Optional fully funded English / Spanish courses

  • • 30 days of paid annual leave

  • • Education and courses stipend
