Act as the go-to expert and escalation point for our ~400 users, resolving complex Tier 2/3 technical challenges across hardware, software, and networks.

Own and manage our IT infrastructure, including networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), servers, and telecommunications.

Administer our Google Workspace environment in partnership with the IAM team to ensure seamless productivity and security.

Master our mixed-OS environment, providing expert-level support for both Windows and macOS systems.
- •
Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices, managing endpoint security (EDR), firewalls, and data backup and recovery systems.
- •
Oversee the full lifecycle of our IT assets, from procurement and vendor management to deployment and tracking.
- •
Lead small to medium-sized IT projects, develop comprehensive documentation, and mentor the IT analysts to foster their growth.
