The Role
As the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer of ThoughtSpot, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the global marketing organization. You will manage the CMO’s calendar, coordinate communications, and assist with a wide range of administrative and project management activities across brand, demand generation, product marketing, communications, and field marketing teams.
This role requires a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and can handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is based in Mountain View, CA and is not open to remote work.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling high-priority meetings, appointments, events, and complex travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings with executives, partners, agencies, analysts, and customers
Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, board interactions, QBRs, and marketing leadership reviews, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMO
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications related to marketing strategy and initiatives
Support planning and logistics for major marketing events, offsites, leadership meetings, and customer engagements
Conduct research and compile data to support marketing initiatives, strategic planning, and special projects
Assist in tracking key marketing initiatives, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Support the CMO with select administrative and coordination tasks to enable focus on strategic priorities
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Prior work experience in a global B2B SaaS company is required
Experience supporting marketing or go-to-market executives strongly preferred; experience in analytics or enterprise software is a plus
9+ years of experience as an executive assistant (including as a Senior Executive Assistant) in a fast-paced tech environment
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize across competing demands
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and professional messaging
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with collaboration and project management tools
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
In California, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $100k - $135k per year.
Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in US - Mountain View.Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week.
