The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven content manager with an editorial background, strategic mindset, and execution expertise. As part of an integrated marketing pod for one of our agentic analytics products, you’ll work closely with PMM, Demand Gen, Comms, and Organic teams to develop and implement a full-funnel content strategy that directly impacts company growth. And because we’re a BI company, you’ll be empowered with metrics to prove your impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Content Strategy: Own the content calendar and roadmap to support marketing and business objectives.

  • Create High-Impact Content: Produce and oversee ebooks, whitepapers, analyst and industry reports, articles, case studies, landing pages, emails, ads, social posts, video scripts, and more

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product marketing, demand gen, SEO, Web, design, and subject matter experts to create engaging content experiences

  • Optimize for Performance: Use data and analytics to measure content effectiveness, iterate, experiment, and improve.

  • Champion the Brand Voice: Ensure every piece of content is pioneering, smart, approachable, and provocative.

  • Manage Content Operations: Oversee freelancers, agencies, and internal contributors to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.

What You Bring:

  • Experienced Content Strategist: 5+ years in content marketing with some experience in content management and strategy, preferably at a B2B SaaS or technology company.

  • Gifted Storyteller: Exceptional writer, editor, and storyteller with a portfolio of content—and the metrics to show how it contributed to pipeline.

  • Empathetic Thinker: Ability to translate technical product details into pain- and benefit-driven content across persona, industry, and line of business segments.

  • Data-Driven Strategist: Familiarity with content and channel analytics like marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.

  • Team Player: Proven experience collaborating and successfully coordinating cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.

  • Deeply Creative: Always on the lookout for new ideas, formats, and channels to reach our audience.

  • Project Manager: Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on message. Familiarity with project management systems like asana is a plus.

  • AI Fluent: You leverage AI to develop strategy, brainstorm ideas, edit content, and/or assist in creating new assets. AI use is required in this role.
