Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases in collaboration with development and product teams, with emphasis on cross-component end-to-end testing for new features.
Design, automate where possible, and maintain release regression tests
Maintaining and debugging CX test environments
Creating, managing, and enhancing regression pipelines to improve baseline testing
Track and report release scores (regression and baseline index) and ensure test coverage is up to date
Conduct Feature Acceptance Tests (FAT) to assess feature readiness and determine appropriate automation
Integrate tests with Frameworks and System Test teams, and support system, performance, reliability, and migration testing
Ensure all release gating criteria are satisfied, including test execution, upgrade testing, bug triage, and release readiness reporting
Proactively triage bugs, monitor release status, and communicate progress and issues clearly with cross-functional teams
Demonstrate adaptability, a growth mindset, and alignment with team culture and values, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 to 8 years of experience in product testing
In depth understanding of system architecture
Exposure to backend and API testing (e.g., using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools).
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python).
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
