As a Senior Product Designer with a strong visual and systems mindset, you will define and elevate the visual language of our platform. You’ll shape the core product experience for administrators and business users by driving cohesive, modern, and scalable UI foundations across the product.

Your focus will be on strengthening our design system, enhancing visual consistency, and crafting interfaces that balance clarity, usability, and brand expression. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and design peers to translate complex B2B workflows into elegant, intuitive visuals that feel simple and premium.

Success in this role requires deep visual craft, structural thinking, and clear. You will create global-quality visual patterns, interaction principles, and design assets that support long-term product evolution, ensure quality at scale, and raise the overall bar of the user experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Engage in a disciplined and repeatable design process to envision and execute thoughtful experiences that solve specific, complex business problems.

  • Be a visual design and storytelling expert, ensuring that complex data and B2B product value are communicated clearly and compellingly through visual means.

  • Maintain the design system by collaboration with both the design & development team. You will bring new approaches & best practices to fast track design interface creation.

  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering counterparts to drive alignment on design goals. You must be open to collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to expand on a problem and iterate on solutions.

  • Closely partner with Lead designers and content strategists to refine and deliver design solutions.

  • Present designs and articulate rationale to team members and stakeholders, utilizing strong communication skills to drive issues to closure.

  • Write and deliver detailed design specifications for implementation.

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in visual design is a must-have, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.

  • Proficiency in visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex B2B features and data insights into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Strong creative judgment and taste, developed over years of experience observing people using enterprise software.

  • A growth mindset, relentless curiosity, and deep passion for crafting high-quality user interfaces.

  • A portfolio of relevant, high-quality software design artifacts that demonstrate your competence across the full spectrum of design skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Experience working with design systems is considered a bonus.
