What's The Role?
As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be central to the successful execution of our marketing initiatives across various teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This involves meticulous planning, proactive coordination of cross-functional teams, and effective communication with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Project Management & Planning
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing stakeholders (Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation)
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Implement and maintain project management processes and tools for enhanced efficiency.
Lead the rebuilding and optimization of our Asana workspace to improve workflows, templates, and reporting structure to support campaign scaling.
Collaborate with marketing leadership and peers to document and scale repeatable processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across Marketing (including Content, Digital, Brand, etc.), Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
Coordinate the efforts of internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Proactively identify and resolve project dependencies, conflicts, and roadblocks.
Campaign & Program Execution
Own project planning, execution, and coordination for marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and content programs
Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets in collaboration with relevant teams (product marketing, design)
Monitor project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Provide regular and transparent updates on project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
Prepare and present project reports to communicate progress and outcomes.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication of action items.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of proven experience in marketing project management or a related operational role within a B2B environment, preferably SaaS or enterprise software.
Demonstrable experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
Familiarity with Figma for reviewing and collaborating on creative deliverables
Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) systems.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
A curiosity to learn about Demand Generation, BI and experiment with new technologies.
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $80k– $95k per year in the San Francisco Bay Area. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.
