The Recruitment Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating logistics, managing communication, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring team experience. This role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to streamline recruitment activities and contribute to talent acquisition goals.

What you'll do?

Recruitment Process Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Manage logistics for virtual or on-site interviews, including meeting room bookings and technology setup.

  • Communicate interview details to all stakeholders and ensure timely updates.

Candidate Communication and Experience:

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.

  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide status updates.

  • Ensure a positive experience by managing professional and courteous interactions.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.

  • Support onboarding activities as needed.

Compliance and Process Adherence:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organizational policies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration (1-2 years preferred).

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
