What’s The Role:

As the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO of ThoughtSpot, you will be integral to the daily operations of the executive office. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate communications, and assist in a variety of administrative and project management tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and can handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is based in Mountain View. CA and not open to remote work

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling high-priority meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up items.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documentation related to company strategy and initiatives.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making and projects.

  • Assist in tracking project deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Support the CEO with personal tasks and initiatives to maintain a balanced work-life integration.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Prior work experience in a global B2B SaaS company is required.

  • Experience in the analytics sector is preferred

  • 9+ years of experience as an executive assistant (incl as a Sr Exec Assistant), in tech.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting clear and concise messaging.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
