• Record and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Liaising with payroll partners to ensure that all compliances in and around payroll (e.g. Payroll forms, perquisite filings, shared based disclosures, etc.) are complied with on time and accurately.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements of respective entities.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances and investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Provide insights and explanations for variances in financial and accounting metrics.
• Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits, including local compliances for each location.
• Find opportunities for process improvements within the R2R process.
• Implement and supervise internal controls within the R2R process.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business administration.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in international accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations (EMEA).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and enterprise accounting software.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and consolidations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across cultures.
• Able to work independently on Audit and Compliances for entities in EMEA and APAC.
• Exposure on the international payroll.
