Driving Product Led Growth with a focus on the billing engine, product metrics, customer growth funnels such as free trial, and increasing the no touch digital sales of all ThoughtSpot products.
- 8+ years of hands-on product management experience with a record of successfully growing the digital sales (no touch/low touch sales) for a B2B software product.
- Metrics oriented, data-driven and analytical.
- Experience with billing engines/checkout flows.
- Knowledge of self service funnels (onboarding, acquisition and activation) for B2B products. Ideally, experience with various SaaS licensing and pricing models.
What you will do:
- Improving support of our billing engine for all ThoughtSpot products - ThoughtSpot Analytics, ThoughtSpot Everywhere, Mode.
- Increasing digital sales of ThoughtSpot Team Edition, Mode and TSE Build edition through self-service onboarding, acquisition and activation flows.
- Making data drive decisions on experiments and user workflows to improve activation and conversion of free trial users.
