Have you mastered the art of Sales technology administration, or were you a top-performing SDR with an operational mindset? We are looking for someone to own the Sales tech stack, and ensure that we’re maximizing the value of these tools. In this role, you will also be the go-to person for tech related issues, making sure that no question goes unanswered. You’ll be responsible for building documentation and training materials, working closely with the Sales Enablement team. You will foster the relationship with vendors, implement best practices, and ultimately make our reps more successful.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and own the vision, strategy, goals, and administration of Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.</li> <li>Tactical execution of strategy with People.ai, 6Sense, Qualified, and others.</li> <li>Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to build high-performing Outreach sequences based on personas and marketing assets.</li> <li>Create a system to A/B test email content for consistent improvement.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues with individual reps, closing tickets out with a smile.</li> <li>Own the reporting with regard to usage and effectiveness of these tools.</li> <li>Develop and maintain training and onboarding materials to make every rep successful with technology.</li> <li>Maintain integrations amongst various tools, and between those tools and Salesforce.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and experience of how to administer Sales tech.</li> <li>A service mindset, delighting stakeholders (reps) when interacting.</li> <li>A laser-like attention to detail, not letting anything slip or slide.</li> <li>Experience with B2B SaaS companies preferred - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Passionate and relentless about implementing best practices.</li> <li>Strong collaborator with the ability to work within teams and cross-functionally.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate progress against milestones clearly in a high-growth environment.</li> <li>Ability to work with vendors to define strategy and drive tactical implementation and management of a program.</li> <li>Data-driven decision-making; understanding of key usage metrics, and a track record of improving them.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-MS5</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p><div class="content-conclusion"> <p><strong>ThoughtSpot for All</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Building a diverse and inclusive team isn't just the right thing to do for our people, it's the right thing to do for our business.
