You </span><span style="font-weight:400;">will have the unique opportunity to inspire early career and diverse talent and help them build careers at ThoughtSpot. </span><span style="font-weight:400;">You will succeed and thrive in this role if you have the passion and understanding of early career hiring</span></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Build programmatic approach to early career hiring initiatives </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work with various global R&D stakeholders to define annual hiring headcount planning with the volume of intake of early career talent and interns for each year at a global level</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Be an early career diversity hiring ambassador for ThoughtSpot. Work on crafting job descriptions, interview questions and other early talent hiring material</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Evaluate current tools being used to assess technical aptitude and culture match for ThoughtSpot</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Develop marketing and branding materials specific to global campus recruitment, with regional nuances where appropriate</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Build deep and meaningful relationships with target universities across the globe</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Constantly evaluate the recruitment process for early talent hiring and drive process improvement on a regular basis</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Manage campus recruitment events and related logistics</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Mentor hiring managers on how to evaluate candidates and assist with building hiring plans that provide equal opportunities to all candidates</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Focus on diversity at all levels and ensure we are inclusive in decisions with the campus programs</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">6 to 8 years of early talent hiring experience for technology teams in India or globally</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills coupled with great networking abilities.
