We’re looking for a Global Campus Hiring Programmatic Lead to join our R&D Talent Acquisition team in India. In this role you will get to manage the full recruiting lifecycle and partner with stakeholders across our global R&D centers (India & the US) in recruiting top talent for our early career roles, focus on diversity hiring, internship programs, build meaningful relationships, establish program from ground up, and implement key initiatives with universities across the globe. You will have the unique opportunity to inspire early career and diverse talent and help them build careers at ThoughtSpot. What you’ll do:

  • Build programmatic approach to early career hiring initiatives
  • Work with various global RD stakeholders to define annual hiring headcount planning with the volume of intake of early career talent and interns for each year at a global level
  • Be an early career diversity hiring ambassador for ThoughtSpot. Work on crafting job descriptions, interview questions and other early talent hiring material
  • Evaluate current tools being used to assess technical aptitude and culture match for ThoughtSpot
  • Develop marketing and branding materials specific to global campus recruitment, with regional nuances where appropriate
  • Build deep and meaningful relationships with target universities across the globe
  • Constantly evaluate the recruitment process for early talent hiring and drive process improvement on a regular basis
  • Manage campus recruitment events and related logistics
  • Mentor hiring managers on how to evaluate candidates and assist with building hiring plans that provide equal opportunities to all candidates
  • Focus on diversity at all levels and ensure we are inclusive in decisions with the campus programs

What you bring:

  • 6 to 8 years of early talent hiring experience for technology teams in India or globally
  • Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills coupled with great networking abilities. Sound understanding of the early talent recruitment and university databases globally
  • Excellent relationship management and project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and data skills to tackle various issues and problems interdependently
  • Passionate about candidate and hiring manager experience, and brings a data-oriented mindset to the role
