We’re looking to hire our first Product Marketing Manager to help us build this functional area and create the foundational work that connects our customers and market while deepening our product adoption. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C growth tactics, strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, and the ability to bring the voice of our customers to our product and internal teams.

What you'll do
- Own product positioning and go-to-market strategy, from planning to adoption, for our product and growth roadmap
- Develop the frameworks to assess and test market sizing and targeting, refining our ICP, positioning, and messaging
- Partner with our product, sales, and marketing teams to develop product feedback loops, sales collateral, marketing, and content assets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation
- Track and analyze key metrics, both qualitative and quantitative, to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
- Lead and influence stakeholders across the org to make customer-centered, data-informed decisions
Background we're looking for
- The ability to leverage user insights, data, and brand story to craft messages and a story that resonates with our customers across channels and markets
- 3-5 years in product marketing within B2B or B2B2C SaaS companies, with a history of successful product launches and market growth initiatives
- Proven track record crafting effective and innovative go-to-market strategies in B2B/B2B2C SaaS or HR-tech companies
- Experience creating sales and marketing enablement materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and articulate recommendations to cross-functional partners

- A 30 minute call or Zoom meeting with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your background and answer any questions you may have about Thatch
- A 30 minute Zoom meeting to assess your product marketing philosophy and experience
- A 30 minute Zoom meeting to work through a live case study with two members from the team
- A 30 minute Zoom meeting with a team member outside of the growth team to chat about working cross functionally
- A 30 minute call or Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles.
