Summary of Position
The Director, Marketing PMO is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, scaling, and continuously improving the marketing project management operating model across the Marketing organization. This role oversees the planning and delivery of a high‑volume portfolio of marketing initiatives supporting both B2C and B2B teams, spanning strategy development through execution, measurement, and optimization.
The organization operates in a complex, fast‑paced environment with significant campaign volume across channels, teams, and stakeholders. The Director, Marketing PMO brings structure, discipline, and clarity to how work is planned and delivered, reducing duplication and rework while improving speed, predictability, and quality.
This is a transformation‑focused role. The Director will evolve the Marketing PMO into a best‑in‑class center of excellence, modernizing ways of working, strengthening governance and documentation, and leveraging technology to enable scalable and consistent delivery. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational ownership and people leadership.
***This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Dallas, Chicago, or New York City areas to support occasional in-person collaboration.***
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
PMO Strategy and Operating Model
Define and own the Marketing PMO operating model across the full campaign lifecycle, from intake and planning through execution, measurement, and retrospective
Design scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks appropriate for a high‑volume marketing environment
Establish standards, governance, documentation, and planning practices that improve efficiency and reduce rework
Build and mature the PMO as a center of excellence for marketing delivery
Campaign Delivery and Cross‑Functional Partnership
Oversee delivery across an integrated multi‑channel mix including email, digital, web, paid media, direct mail, and omnichannel initiatives
Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Automation, Analytics, Product, Legal, and external vendors to ensure clarity of scope, timelines, priorities, and dependencies
Drive stronger front‑end prioritization and capacity planning to support predictable delivery
Team Leadership and Culture
Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and resource managers supporting marketing initiatives
Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and professional development paths
Serve as a culture leader for the Argentina‑based team, enabling effective collaboration with US‑based stakeholders
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor delivery performance metrics including speed to market, throughput, delivery predictability, capacity utilization, and quality
Use performance insights and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in planning and execution
Work Management and Technology Enablement
Serve as executive owner and subject‑matter expert for Adobe Workfront, the marketing work management system of record
Ensure strong governance, adoption, and best‑practice usage across marketing teams
Maintain working knowledge of tools supporting marketing delivery, including Jira, Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), Adobe Experience Manager and Assets, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and content collaboration platforms
Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI‑enabled capabilities to improve planning, forecasting, and delivery

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing project, program, or PMO leadership within complex organizations
Proven experience leading and scaling project and resource management teams
Deep hands‑on experience with Adobe Workfront as a work management platform
Experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing initiatives
Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational accountability
Experience leading an internationally based team in a fully remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing organizations
Prior leadership during PMO, operational, or process transformation initiatives
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Exposure to AI‑enabled delivery or work management capabilities
Proficiency in Spanish for business
The base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $170,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
