Summary of Position
The Fleet Operations Agent I supports the daily operations of the Fleet Operations team while contributing to the design and maintenance of scalable solutions that improve how the team delivers customer service. Under the general direction of the Fleet Operations Manager, the Agent handles a mix of customer-facing support, structured data work, and direct contribution to automation initiatives, including operational tooling, scheduled jobs, and internal reporting. This role is intended as an entry point into Fleet Operations with clear growth potential into more advanced operations engineering, automation, and process design responsibilities as skills develop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Automation and Tooling
- Collaborate in building and maintaining scheduled automation jobs that interact with internal APIs across fleet management, scheduling, asset, and provisioning platforms.
- Collaborate in designing Power Apps forms and the Power Automate flows that connect them to the Python backend.
- Collaborate in developing on-demand operational tools (bulk location creation, user provisioning, bulk import) used daily by a non-technical fleet operations team.
Reporting
- Collaborate in building a report engine that queries internal databases and delivers output via SFTP or email on a schedule.
- Generate operational and ad-hoc reports to support internal teams and external customers.
Customer Support
- Respond to work requests from internal and external customers in a timely manner via service desk software.
- Respond to information requests and locate the relevant records and files needed to resolve them.
Data Operations
- Enter customer-provided information into the systems managed by Fleet Operations within agreed turnaround times.
- Sort, compile, and prioritize source data to prepare it for system entry.
- Review incoming data for completeness and accuracy, correcting inconsistencies when possible and validating the output.
- Follow up with internal teams or external customers to obtain missing information when source documents are incomplete.
- Apply Fleet Operations data handling procedures consistently across all assigned work.
- Comply with Teladoc Health data integrity, privacy, and security policies, treating all customer and operational information as confidential.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree, and/or +2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistent customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience working with service desk software.
