Summary of Position

The Senior Associate, Growth Marketing is a hands-on growth executor responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling acquisition campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital touchpoints for B2C. This role owns campaign execution end-to-end, from intake and build through QA, launch, and performance readouts, with a sharp focus on driving registrations, visits, enrollments, and lowering CAC.

Core competencies that will help ensure your success in this role include communication, problem-solving and project management skills, and a knack for forming trust-based relationships. A great candidate also has a flexible mindset and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This person can take guidance and run with multiple projects simultaneously, informing when there are hurdles that require collaboration to overcome.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own execution of multi-channel growth campaigns (direct mail, email, outbound phone, web, SMS) including builds, QA, launches, and post-launch optimization.
  • Own quarterly test-and-learn roadmaps, defining hypotheses, success metrics, holdout strategies, and learning agendas across channels and audiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and campaign managers to optimize marketing performance
  • Maintain clean campaign documentation and status tracking so leadership doesn’t have to chase updates.
  • Support reporting for the ongoing measurement and monitoring of marketing efforts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Use data to identify and communicate user behaviors and insights to drive campaign experimentation and optimization

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 2-4 years of a proven track record of driving towards growth goals under set targets, timelines and budgets
  • Hands-on experience executing email and/or direct mail campaigns at scale.
  • Strong operational mindset: detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and allergic to sloppy execution.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed orgs.
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Excel, DOMO, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Deep understanding of acquisition, how to help users find their “aha” moment, and how to build a growing active user base over time
  • Strategic thinker able to break down and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward
  • Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with the trustworthiness to execute on schedule at high-velocity and attention-to-detail
  • A team first attitude with strong self-awareness to openly share and receive feedback and to never stop learning and improving
  • Ability to build, grow and improve partnerships cross-functionally
  • Background in healthcare a plus

The base salary range for this position is $70,000- $80,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
