Supply Chain Specialist/Procurement Specialist
Summary of Position
The Fulfillment Specialist, Supply Chain plays an instrumental role in supporting Teladoc Health’s day-to-day supply chain activities. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, practicing decision making based on data and analytics in collaboration with the cross-functional teams, and supporting operational improvement initiatives.
This role involves coordinating with various departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. This position ensures our members with chronic conditions receive our shipments on time and with the highest level of quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Teladoc Health’s fulfillment operations, ensuring all orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in a timely fashion, meeting all SLA targets.
- Collaborate effectively between Teladoc’s SCM team and our fulfillment partners in all areas including operations, order management, inventory
- Support Supply Chain KPIs, scorecards, and other ongoing reports and provide condensed insights to management and other team members.
- Partnering with vendors on continuous improvement, delivering quality, managing delivery fluctuations, vendors contracting & negotiations.
- Management of vendors risk management & coming up with business continuity plans.
- Continuously look for opportunities to reduce expenses without negatively impacting performance.
- Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Other tasks as required related to these areas.

Qualifications Expected for Position
Must Have Qualifications:
- 4-5 years’ experience and 4-year degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comparable data analysis tools. Ability to interpret data and make decisions, report to others
- Individuals must possess a can-do attitude, open, flexible, and believe in creating value for customers.
- Demonstrable ability in collaborating with a cross-functional team, managing tasks, and improving processes.
- Self manages; takes initiative and can collaborate across geographies and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills organized and able to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vendors management, strategic sourcing, negotiations & contracting with vendors.
- MRP, excel, oracle fusion, NPI procurement knowledge, vendors part qualification.
- Inventory management, PR/PO & logistics knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- High integrity and ethics.
- Ability to support global cultural differences and flexibility to work with different time zones.
