Summary of Position

Multidisciplinary Care Solutions are a foundational pillar of Teladoc Health’s future growth and differentiation. This role ensures there is clear, accountable leadership responsible for transforming a bold strategy into a durable, scalable platform that delivers better care, stronger outcomes, and long‑term value. The Head of Multidisciplinary Care Solutions position is a senior general‑management leader responsible for the end‑to‑end success of the emerging multidisciplinary care solutions. This role owns the strategy, execution, and market success of a new set of solutions —translating a vision into a scalable, outcomes‑driven business.

This leader will operate with a GM mindset, balancing platform development, clinical and operational readiness, commercial viability, and long‑term economics. The role is accountable for ensuring these solutions are sell‑ready, deliverable, competitive, and economically durable in a highly competitive virtual care market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single accountable owner for the new solutions performance, readiness, and evolution

  • Own the solution capability roadmaps aligned to multidisciplinary care and enterprise priorities

  • Balance innovation, speed‑to‑market, quality, and risk in a dynamic, competitive environment

  • Operate these solutions as a scalable business, not a pilot or product initiative

  • Lead solutions from concept through commercial launch, scale, and optimization

  • Ensure Teladoc One is: sell‑ready, clinically credible, operationally executable, and differentiated in the market

  • Translate customer, buyer, and clinical needs into platform capabilities that deliver measurable outcomes and ROI

  • Partner closely with Clinical, Product, Technology, Operations, Data, and Commercial teams to align care delivery models and workflows, enable longitudinal, multi‑condition care, support outcomes‑based and ROI‑guaranteed offerings

  • Ensure solutions integrate cleanly with Mental Health, Specialty Care, Primary Care, and Urgent Care where appropriate—without fragmenting delivery

  • Define and track KPIs and milestones for solution readiness and success

  • Ensure solutions are capable of supporting outcomes‑based and at‑risk contracts

  • Identify and mitigate clinical, operational, and commercial risks before scale

  • Partner with Finance and Multidisciplinary Care leadership to align economics, pricing, and cost structure

  • Drive continuous innovation in care models, engagement, and platform capabilities

  • Evaluate build vs. partner decisions to accelerate value

  • Govern selective Connected Care Partners that extend solution capabilities (e.g., MSK, oncology, surgical support, women’s health) while preserving platform cohesion

  • Lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment

  • Align senior stakeholders across the enterprise around clear priorities and decisions

  • Represent multidisciplinary care solutions with senior executives, key clients, partners, and external stakeholders

  • Build and develop high‑performing teams capable of scaling a complex platform business

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, digital health, or adjacent sectors

  • Demonstrated success bringing new products, platforms, or businesses to market in highly competitive environments

  • Direct P&L management experience of $250M+ is a significant plus, particularly in growth‑oriented or transformation contexts

  • Direct experience in chronic care, population health, value‑based care, or longitudinal care models strongly preferred

  • Experience operating at a GM or equivalent level, owning complex cross‑functional outcomes

  • Proven ability to scale initiatives from early launch through sustained growth

  • GM‑level strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline

  • Deep understanding of healthcare economics, buyer dynamics, and clinical delivery models

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, make tradeoffs, and drive decisions with incomplete information

  • Strong executive presence; credible with Boards, C‑suite leaders, clinicians, and commercial partners

  • Exceptional ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations

  • Data‑driven, outcomes‑oriented, and comfortable with performance accountability
