Under the general direction of the Business Operations Manager, the Business Operations Coordinator will provide day‑to‑day operational support to Order Management. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely tracking of orders, fulfillment, and delivery of products and services, while contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.

This position requires a highly detail‑oriented profile with strong organizational skills and the ability to work with large volumes of operational and commercial data.

Location: Bahía Blanca, Argentina
Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days at office
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage sales orders and return orders with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate shipments and act as the primary point of contact for field teams and customers regarding shipping and receiving inquiries.
  • Maintain supporting documentation, including proofs of delivery, to support customer billing and revenue recognition.
  • Perform data scrubs and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and clean records.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations, Sales, Finance, and field personnel to resolve order‑related issues.
  • Support and participate in month‑end and operational close activities related to order management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or process building, contributing to more efficient, scalable, and standardized operational workflows.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards, including Power BI reporting to support operational visibility and decision‑making.
  • Ensure disciplined record‑keeping across CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce (Self‑Payer / GP) environments.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, order management, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with order processing, tracking, and operational support.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, with hands‑on exposure to Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Self‑Payer / GP processes.
  • Exposure to Power BI for reporting, dashboards, or data visualization.
