This role combines strategic vision with a strong focus on hands-on execution, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement through collateral, sales and digital content, campaigns, events, research, and brand initiatives. The Director is accountable for execution leadership, operational marketing performance, and enablement delivery across Hospital and Health Systems and Employee Benefits businesses.

  • Lead execution of Canada marketing plans: Translate business priorities into quarterly integrated execution plans (campaigns, content, channels, sales enablement) and deliver end-to-end with speed and quality.

  • Own sales enablement across Teladoc services in Canada: Build, refresh, and govern core enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, value prop sheets, FAQs, competitive comparisons, objection handling) that support pipeline growth and retention across HHS and B2B audiences.

  • Own day-to-day marketing operating cadence and workflow discipline across HHS and B2B (intake, prioritization, sprint planning, approvals, asset lifecycle/version control, repository governance) to improve throughput and reduce friction.

  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns and demand generation: Plan channel programs (digital, social, email, content, paid) that support awareness, engagement, and lead/pipeline contribution; manage briefs, timelines, approvals, QA, and post-campaign optimization.

  • Operationalize insights and proof points: Convert approved research/insight inputs into market-ready outputs (persona-informed messaging, proof points, content themes, case studies, partner-ready narratives).

  • Cross-functional stakeholder leadership: Partner with Sales, HHS stakeholders, Clinical, Product, Legal, and Operations to align priorities, clarify requirements, secure approvals, and keep work moving in a matrixed environment.

  • Deliver a unified Canadian narrative (execution leadership): Ensure consistent market-facing messaging and brand application across all Canadian touchpoints (digital, sales materials, campaigns), maintaining a cohesive story across Teladoc offerings.

  • Quality, compliance, and brand integrity: Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, accuracy requirements, and appropriate legal/privacy/clinical review processes for Canada.
