The Analyst, Client Operations & Data Automation position will focus on optimizing business operations through process automation, client data management, and system documentation. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining technical documentation aligned with industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless data integration and governance.
The position involves designing and implementing automation solutions, managing large client datasets, and developing analytical reports and dashboards to support client operations decision-making. Additionally, the role ensures data security and compliance with Teladoc enterprise data governance, troubleshoots system issues, and drives continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, review, edit, and format documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, manuals, forms, templates, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established guidelines and standards
- Analyze, document, and maintain comprehensive records of all associated business processes, workflows, and procedures to ensure clarity and alignment across the team
- Establish and maintain document control processes, including version control, document tracking, distribution, and archival, to ensure that documents are current, accessible, and properly managed throughout their lifecycle as needed
- Ensure that documentation practices comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, such as ISO standards
- Develop detailed user guides, training documents, and operational manuals to support team members and end-users as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable business operations solutions that meet growing client volumes and operational demands
- Coordinate with Enterprise Data, Data Governance, and IT Teams to align with change management processes and to ensure performance, processes and access is optimal for the business operations teams
- Work collaboratively to align business requirements with reporting and analytical solutions
- Interact with representatives from the client organization to gather/develop functional and technical requirements and translate them into reporting solutions or system configuration
- Designing, developing, and implementing business automation solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Fabric, and possibly using programming languages such as Python and Java as needed
- Write SQL queries to manage large datasets, ensuring efficient data retrieval as required
- Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, with filters, variables, and drill-down capabilities as needed
- Schedule and automate ongoing data processing jobs to ensure reliability as needed
- Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they work as intended and meet quality standards and functional requirements
- Monitoring the performance of automated features through quality testing and troubleshooting any problems
- Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective business solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in documentation processes, systems, and workflows, and implement solutions to enhance productivity, accuracy, and compliance

Qualifications Expected for Position
Business Qualifications:
- +2 years of experience working on process automation, client data management, and system documentation.
- Problem solver with the ability to clearly articulate findings and resolution.
- Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Ability to act independently on assignment and understands appropriate escalation protocol.
- Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind.
Data Systems Qualifications:
- +2 years of experience writing Python scripts
- +2 years of experience working with SQL (select, update, create, execute, etc)
- Design, development, and implementation of basic business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Process Improvement:
- Experience in process documentation and standardization.
- Experience with basic process mapping using tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and PI
- Certifications: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Fundamentals, Power BI, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ISO
Travel: ≤10% (less than)
