The Opportunity

Teamworks is the Operating System for Sports™ — and our Strategy team is at the heart of how we grow, evolve, and win. As a Senior Strategy Manager, you'll join a high-impact team working directly with senior leadership across go-to-market, product, and G&A. This is a generalist role with real ownership: from M&A diligence and board reporting to pricing, packaging, and revenue operations, you'll help pioneer the next frontier in sports tech and shape the strategic direction of one of the world's fastest-growing sports technology companies. What You'll Do

  • Own cross-functional strategic projects, becoming the go-to expert in areas like pricing, revenue operations, or product strategy

  • Drive GTM strategy, M&A diligence, and annual planning through rigorous, fact-based analysis and clear recommendations

  • Build business cases and market models to evaluate new opportunities, pricing strategies, and product expansion

  • Distill complex data into compelling insights for board reporting and executive leadership

  • Partner across products, markets, and functional teams — managing multiple workstreams and communicating proactively on timelines and deliverables

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar professional services role

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and navigate tough conversations with candor

  • Strong analytical skills — experience building market models and leading analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Raleigh-Durham area, NC (on-site at HQ in Durham)

  • A genuine passion for sports

Nice-to-Haves

  • MBA from a top-tier business school

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, sports, or revenue operations
