The Opportunity
Teamworks is the Operating System for Sports™ — and our Strategy team is at the heart of how we grow, evolve, and win. As a Senior Strategy Manager, you'll join a high-impact team working directly with senior leadership across go-to-market, product, and G&A. This is a generalist role with real ownership: from M&A diligence and board reporting to pricing, packaging, and revenue operations, you'll help pioneer the next frontier in sports tech and shape the strategic direction of one of the world's fastest-growing sports technology companies. What You'll Do
Own cross-functional strategic projects, becoming the go-to expert in areas like pricing, revenue operations, or product strategy
Drive GTM strategy, M&A diligence, and annual planning through rigorous, fact-based analysis and clear recommendations
Build business cases and market models to evaluate new opportunities, pricing strategies, and product expansion
Distill complex data into compelling insights for board reporting and executive leadership
Partner across products, markets, and functional teams — managing multiple workstreams and communicating proactively on timelines and deliverables
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves
3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar professional services role
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and navigate tough conversations with candor
Strong analytical skills — experience building market models and leading analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Raleigh-Durham area, NC (on-site at HQ in Durham)
A genuine passion for sports
Nice-to-Haves
MBA from a top-tier business school
Experience in B2B SaaS, sports, or revenue operations
