A final offer will be determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. We’ve built our compensation framework to attract, retain, and reward top performers. We believe in pay for performance, ensuring that your growth and impact are reflected in your rewards. As Teamworks grows, so do your opportunities—whether that’s through advancing your career, contributing to game-changing innovations, or building long-term financial security.

The Opportunity

Elite sports organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are transforming how they develop athletes, and you'll be at the center of it. As our (Senior) Product Success Manager for Performance in EMEA, you'll partner with some of the world's most prestigious football clubs and Olympic committees to revolutionize their approach to athlete management, training optimization, and performance analytics. This isn't just about implementing software; it's about empowering performance directors, sports scientists, strength coaches, and medical staff to make data-driven decisions that elevate athletic excellence.

You'll own the complete lifecycle for our Performance ecosystem, from onboarding new clients on our Athlete Management System (AMS), Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition platforms to scaling adoption across multidisciplinary performance departments. Teamworks AMS is a human performance optimization platform that serves as the source of truth for physical performance data, nutrition, medical record-keeping, and more. Currently integrated with more than 100 different technology products, AMS enables organizations to unify disparate data sources into a single comprehensive athlete profile. Working remotely across the EMEA region, you'll build a portfolio of approximately 15-25 elite sporting organizations, becoming their trusted advisor as they integrate performance technology into every facet of athlete development. Your expertise in sports science and AMS platforms will be essential as you guide practitioners through complex data integration, workflow optimization, and strategic performance insights.

This role matters now because European football and Olympic sport are at an inflection point. Performance staff are demanding integrated solutions that connect training loads, wellness monitoring, nutrition tracking, and medical data into a unified athlete profile. You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and elite sports operations, helping organizations unlock competitive advantages through smarter data utilization and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding and implementation of the Teamworks Performance ecosystem (AMS, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition) for approximately 15 clients in your first six months, scaling to 25+ as you demonstrate proficiency

  • Build and administer AMS platforms for football clubs and Olympic committees, configuring athlete monitoring workflows, training load tracking, and practitioner dashboards tailored to European sports operations

  • Act as a subject matter expert in AMS product functionality, clearly communicating technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across performance departments

  • Lead project management efforts for customer implementations, including stakeholder engagement, needs analysis, reporting, requirement scoping, and data management strategies

  • Design and deliver training programs that transform performance staff (sports scientists, strength coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists) into power users who leverage the full capabilities of our integrated ecosystem

  • Facilitate complex data integration from GPS tracking systems (Catapult, StatSport, VX Sport), force plates (Vald, Hawkin Dynamics, Exos), wellness surveys, body composition tools, and other performance technologies to create comprehensive athlete profiles

  • Support platform success by troubleshooting issues, testing features, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams on solutions

  • Partner strategically with performance directors and head coaches to understand their operational demands, competitive pressures, and stakeholder dynamics, translating these insights into platform optimization strategies

  • Analyze performance data across disciplines to surface insights that drive better performance outcomes, enhance athlete development, reduce injury risk, and optimize competitive readiness throughout the season

  • Serve as a customer advocate internally, influencing product development and customer success strategies based on feedback and learnings from EMEA clients

  • Master builder and admin functionalities across all Performance products, becoming the go-to expert for complex configurations and technical troubleshooting

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

  • Previous Athlete Management System (AMS) experience is non-negotiable. You've worked hands-on with AMS platforms, understand athlete data collection and aggregation, and know how practitioners use these systems daily

  • Deep understanding of elite sports performance technologies, including GPS tracking systems (e.g., Catapult, StatSport, VX Sport) and force plates (e.g., Vald, Hawkin Dynamics, Exos), with demonstrated ability to integrate and interpret complex datasets to produce actionable insights

  • Sports science background preferred; alternatively, strength and conditioning, physiotherapy, or sports nutrition backgrounds will be considered if combined with strong AMS experience

  • Experience working within professional sporting organizations (football clubs, Olympic committees, national governing bodies) where you understand stakeholder context, organizational operations, and the realities of elite sports environments

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, dynamically prioritizing tasks based on client needs, urgency, and impact while contributing to cross-functional team projects

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with performance directors, coaches, and medical staff across diverse sporting cultures

  • Technical problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot platform issues, test features, and translate complex technical capabilities into practical applications for end users

  • Capacity to quickly assume and manage a large AMS client portfolio, primarily serving football and Olympic Committee clients across multiple countries

  • Familiarity with performance team workflows, long-term athlete development models, and how performance data drives coaching and medical decision-making

  • Based in EMEA with the ability to travel to client sites when needed (locations include UK, Spain, Northern Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, and surrounding regions)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Bilingual capability, particularly French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish speakers, to expand market reach

  • Experience with Teamworks Performance products or comparable performance management platforms used in professional sports

  • Track record of supporting the rollout and adoption of technology solutions in professional sports organizations, including change management and stakeholder buy-in

  • Proficiency in synthesizing performance data (GPS, force plate, wellness, nutrition) into strategic reports for coaching and medical teams

  • Background in data visualization tools and performance analytics dashboards

  • Understanding of client success frameworks, relationship management best practices, and collaboration across time zones and cultures

  • Familiarity with other athlete management platforms and technologies used in European sports

  • Understanding of how performance data influences coaching decisions, medical protocols, and competitive strategy in professional leagues

  • Project management experience coordinating complex implementations across multidisciplinary performance departments
