- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate product requirements into actionable work and ship high-quality features on committed timelines
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Platform teams without formal authority
- Identify and prioritize features that unlock platform-level value through cross-product integrations and shared workflows
- Maintain deep customer and market understanding through ongoing discovery with strength coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, and sport scientists
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously optimize product outcomes
What You'll Bring
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of proven experience owning the full product lifecycle for complex software products
- Strong product execution skills, with a track record of shipping high-quality features on committed timelines
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to diverse audiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and measuring product impact
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience building products in sports performance, health, or related domains
- Working knowledge of strength & conditioning, sports nutrition, athletic training, or sports science workflows
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with Engineering on architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs
- Experience building or integrating platform products with shared services and APIs
- Familiarity with enterprise or B2B SaaS products serving complex, multi-role customer environments
Who Thrives Here
You’re a product owner who takes full accountability for outcomes and cares deeply about delivering meaningful customer and business value. You balance urgency with thoughtful execution, make clear prioritization decisions, and thrive in environments where priorities evolve.
