We are hiring a service-minded and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support employees and impact People & Culture initiatives. The person in this role will contribute to an exceptional employee experience by providing responsive support to employee inquiries, maintaining accurate HR systems and records, and driving continuous improvements to processes. This role involves maintaining and generating accurate employee records, HR systems, and reporting. The ideal candidate is approachable, thorough, and goal-oriented.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding to HR through a ticketing system and direct communication, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and related systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support departmental needs, ensuring accuracy and proactively resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment information changes, and required documentation.
- Support People & Culture initiatives by contributing to projects that improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and streamline workflows, including the development of documentation and resources.
- Manage compliance tracking efforts and assist with audit preparation to ensure organizational compliance.
Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in a People or Human Resources role, or a degree in HR Management.
- Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiarity with labor laws and workplace compliance regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of comfort with software tools and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Compensation Philosophy:
For this role, the salary range is $70,000-75,000, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
