  • Proven track record designing and implementing comprehensive monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms
  • Advanced understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices patterns, and service mesh technologies
  • Experience leading technical decision-making around capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning

The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:

  • Track record of leading platform teams or infrastructure engineering organizations with measurable impact on developer productivity and system reliability
  • Experience designing and building developer portals, self-service platforms, and internal tooling that serves hundreds of engineers
  • Deep knowledge of networking, security, and compliance requirements for enterprise-scale applications
  • Advanced database administration and performance optimization experience across multiple database technologies
  • Experience with service mesh technologies, API gateways, and advanced networking concepts in cloud environments
  • Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and financial management of cloud infrastructure at scale
  • Background in building or maintaining high-availability systems with strict SLA requirements
