We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute targeted brand and demand generation campaigns across the professional sports and collegiate athletics markets. This role will develop integrated marketing campaigns leveraging account-based marketing strategies, including lead generation, industry events, customer stories and media partnerships to deliver meaningful business impact across the Teamworks product ecosystem.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Lead and manage integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with product-specific and company-wide business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing briefs, inform creative development, and define campaign KPIs.
  • Own campaign milestones from ideation through to performance analysis, optimization, and reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that impact multiple teams, ensuring marketing plays a critical role in broader go-to-market execution.
  • Develop full-funnel lead generation strategies using owned and paid channels.
  • Create and execute content plans that engage key buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign assets, including but not limited to, emails, landing pages, video scripts, and social copy.
  • Craft and lead strategic marketing plans for virtual and in-person events (e.g., industry conferences, user summits, webinars).
  • Analyze performance metrics and marketing analytics to extract insights and recommend improvements.

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing, preferably in SaaS or sports tech.
  • Demonstrated experience running integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time, high-impact campaign delivery.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex tech into value-focused messaging.
  • Proficient in using data to make decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working for or with a professional or college sports team, league, or related organization is a big plus.
  • SaaS, technology, sports industry and/or B2B experience.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to maximize marketing efficiency and content output is a plus.
  • Organize offline and online events (e.g. trade shows, networking/sponsorships, webinars).

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the salary target is $80,000-$100,000, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
