We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive sales growth across the APAC region. In this role, you'll focus primarily on selling Teamworks Hub, our comprehensive operations platform that streamlines communication, scheduling, and organizational workflows for sports organizations. You'll be instrumental in establishing our market presence and building a foundational sales pipeline in this strategic growth region during a critical expansion period.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:
- Drive revenue growth by selling Teamworks Hub to sports organizations across the APAC region
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead qualification
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Hub's operations management capabilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and deal closure
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers at sporting organizations, including operations directors and administrative leaders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns and generate qualified leads
- Represent Teamworks at virtual industry events and networking opportunities to expand market awareness
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the sports industry, with experience selling corporate partnerships, season tickets, or sports-related services
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex sales processes including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing
- Strong understanding of sports organization operations and the unique challenges faced by athletic departments and professional teams
- Experience working with international markets and navigating cultural differences in business practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to sports organizations, with particular strength in operations or administrative tools
- Established network within APAC sports markets, including connections with sporting directors, operations managers, or C-suite executives
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly proficiency in regional languages, providing advantage in engaging diverse APAC markets
- Familiarity with sports industry associations and networks to facilitate market penetration
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
- Comfort with virtual selling and remote relationship building across multiple time zones

Compensation Philosophy:
For this role, the salary range is A$108,000-135,000 with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
