We are looking for an experienced sales professional with deep relationships in the Spanish elite sports industry to drive our growth in Spain. This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to fuel growth at the company leading the digital transformation of elite athletics. We produce best-in-class software for best-in-class athletic organizations, and we're looking for a team player who sets the same standards for themselves.


  • Lead Spanish sales efforts across La Liga, Segunda División, Liga ACB, and National Governing Bodies.

  • Open opportunities with prospective clubs and work with marketing and customer success teammates to drive awareness and leads.

  • Lead and participate in customer presentations and product demos.

  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within strategic and key accounts to maximize growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate to establish regional objectives, strategy, and go-to-market plans; own sales business reviews and forecasting processes.

  • Position Teamworks for continued growth, contributing to company strategy based on market knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the sports industry, ideally working within or selling to football clubs.

  • Experience in account management/sales.

  • A deep network across the Spanish sports market, particularly in football.

  • Proficient in Spanish and English.

  • Undergraduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading and working in complex, international, and high-growth businesses across various categories and channels.

  • SaaS or B2B sales experience.

  • Bilingual: proficient in French.

  • Strategic, financial, and operational planning experience.

  • Experience using Salesforce.
