The Challenge
The Analyst, Workday & Benefits Operations role is an exciting opportunity to join a global, dynamic team at a highly successful, forward-thinking, interactive entertainment company. This is a hands-on role to support an enterprise-wide initiative to optimize how we use Workday and also support the Global Benefits team with benefits, time off and leave operations for 12,000 employees in 27 countries.
NOTE: This is a 6-month temporary position with opportunity for extension.
What You’ll Take On
- Support and coordination of the Workday re-implementation project focusing on Workday testing of:
- Benefit plans for the US, Canada, UK, Spain, and Ireland.
- Vendor integrations and reporting for the US and Canada with support for International countries also.
- Global time offs and leaves in collaboration with the Global Benefits and HR People Operations teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our in-house HR Technology team
- Test functionality using test scripts and policy design documents.
- Help to identify process enhancement opportunities, such as inefficiencies between Workday and our vendor and internal team processes.
- Ensure changes to Workday benefits, time off and leave plans are documented for ongoing team business as usual processing and to support the employee experience.
- Attend and actively participate in testing and project meetings; and feed back progress to the Global Benefits team, outside of the Workday re-implementation project, support the Global Benefits team with Workday operations and ongoing business as usual work such as audits, billing and providing HR support.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Workday across benefits plans, reporting/integrations, and time offs and leaves plans.
- Intermediate Excel analytical (VLOOKUP, pivots, etc.) skills.
- Enthusiasm to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage own workload and meet competing deadlines with the ability to be flexible.
- Strong team player, with ability to thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment.
- Sound judgment, confidence, and positive energy.

The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,200 and $148,320 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an ~at-will position~ and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
