The Challenge:

This role is instrumental in shaping an exceptional workplace environment and experience. As Project Manager of Capital Projects, you will collaborate closely with internal partners, including Physical Security, Network, Audio-Visual, Food & Beverage, and Facilities teams, to create world-class spaces that reflect and celebrate the label’s brand identity. Given the regional scope of this position, you will need to effectively balance time zones and coordinate meetings across regions with regular communication with the Americas. Additionally, finance teams will rely on you for accurate monthly cash flow updates and quarterly forecasts. While conceptual processes exist, we are still a young team and need help with require formal documentation and structured training programs to ensure consistency and efficiency.

What You’ll Take On:

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager, Capital Projects to join our Corporate Real Estate team and lead the delivery of high-impact workplace projects across Europe. This role blends technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and operational leadership to bring our company’s brand and culture to life through thoughtful, functional, and future-ready environments.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of capital-funded projects—from early concept and feasibility through design, construction, and closeout—ensuring alignment with business objectives, design standards, and compliance requirements. You’ll work across multiple regions, partnering with internal stakeholders and external teams to deliver spaces that support innovation, collaboration, and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead planning, design, and construction for capital projects ranging from $250K–$8M and 5,000–100,000 SQM, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to achieve high-quality, brand-aligned outcomes.
  • Manage project programming and pre-design to align business needs with workplace strategy and operational goals.
  • Review and approve drawings, budgets, schedules, and contracts for quality, feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to UK and EU building codes, safety standards, and corporate design guidelines.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Workplace Experience to maintain project governance, transparency, and reporting.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across several European markets with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Champion sustainability, innovation, and efficiency across all project phases.

What You Bring

  • Negotiate contract terms, costs, and scopes of work with vendors and consultants.
  • Ensure consistency in procurement, execution, and cost tracking, aligning with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Enforce adherence to corporate real estate standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring corrective actions are taken for variances and budgets are balanced at year-end.
  • Accountable for overall project delivery across the regional portfolio.
  • Develop proposals outlining project requirements, structure, approach, and work plans.
  • Help develop global fiscal plans and budgets aligned with executive strategy and goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multi-disciplinary consultants and internal project teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and communication via Slack channels and project briefs to ensure transparency.
  • Align business unit projects with the overarching executive corporate strategy.
  • Participate in bi-weekly portfolio reviews with global partner teams to maintain visibility and accountability.
  • Address escalated decisions, risks, and issues proactively to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of corporate workplace design and operational guidelines.
  • Solicit regular feedback and provide coaching to strengthen team performance and growth.
  • Hold regular one-on-one discussions to identify development opportunities and align career goals.

Great to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Facility Management, Project Management, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven background in architecture, facilities management, and/or capital project management.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, with the ability to adapt across diverse regions and teams.
  • An agile mindset, able to pivot quickly, embrace change, and iterate rapidly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort managing complex, multi-country projects in dynamic environments.

Additional Details

  • Projects span corporate workplace, R&D, and hybrid environments across Europe.
  • Minimal travel required—typically short, quarterly site visits.
