About The Role

Tabs is hiring a Director of Product Partnerships to help spearhead our integration and go-to-market strategy with technology companies within the Office of the CFO. These ecosystem partnerships aim to unlock new customer segments and drive value to existing customers by eliminating manual workflows and streamlining accurate data integration. This role is focused on shaping Tabs’ strategy and results with new and existing technology partners, aligning on shared goals to drive commercial outcomes, and setting the roadmap to address market opportunities and customer needs.

You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on strategy and execution and to maximize the value these partnerships drive to pipeline, revenue, and stronger customer experience.

You will be the first to join Tabs in a Product Partnerships capacity. This role is highly strategic and requires a combination of go-to-market grit and Product/API fluency. A self-starter mentality is a must to succeed in this position.

What You’ll Do

  • Spearhead and nurture relationships with existing technology partners like Rillet, Anrok, and Thomson Reuters to drive commercial outcomes around pipeline and revenue

  • Partnership structure: Own the deal and incentive structure required with each new and existing partner to maximize commercial outcomes and customer experience

  • Set prioritization framework for partnership categories and players within those categories

  • Drive product innovation through close collaboration with Product team around partnership roadmap and integration stages

  • Be the our partners’ main point of contact for all cross-functional needs with commercial implications

  • Work with Sales and Marketing to understand prospect needs and integrations required to maximize closed/won deals

  • Prioritize feedback for the product & engineering teams.

  • Organize and attend accounting & CFO industry events with our ecosystem partners

Who You Are

  • Professional Experience:

    • 6+ years total professional experience

    • At least 3 years of commercial experience in sales, partnerships, or business development

    • At least 3 years of experience in Product Partnerships, in particular, closing and managing these partnerships and responsibility for pipeline and/or revenue targets

    • At least 2 years of experience working at a high growth early stage startup

    • Experience building a product partnerships function from the ground up a nice to have

    • Background in consulting or investment banking a nice to have

  • Qualities:

    • Self starter that is insatiably curious

    • High EQ - loves engaging with external stakeholders on a daily basis and working cross functionally with other teams.

    • Creative problem solver who moves with a sense of urgency and thrives in ambiguity. No problem is too complex to surmount.

    • Strong project and program management skills and experience

  • Has a strong understanding of and appreciation for the Office of the CFO and the needs of decision makers within finance and accounting teams
