- Monitor and report on alliance performance, consultant influence on pipeline, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Act as the primary executive liaison for high-level issues, contract negotiations, and representation at key industry, consultant, and partner events
- 10+ years of experience in consultant relations, including 5+ years in a leadership role at a major benefits consulting or brokerage firm; experience at WTW, Aon, or Mercer strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing alliance strategies that drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of the employer, payor, and digital health market, with the ability to influence complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions
- Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Demonstrated history of exceeding alliance and partnership targets while balancing near-term impact with long-term strategic value
