Role :
As a Content Strategist, you will plan, develop, and manage content initiatives that support Sword’s business goals and bring value to our members. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Academy content team to shape editorial strategy, define creative direction, and ensure successful execution across formats and channels.
Team :
This role sits within the Academy team, Sword’s in-app educational content platform. You’ll primarily focus on developing content for our members, working closely with writers, producers, and clinical experts. While embedded in Academy, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with other brand, clinical, and commercial stakeholders to ensure our content aligns with broader business and marketing priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contribute to the overall execution of Academy goals and objectives by helping to develop meaningful and strategic content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope content needs and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs
  • Contribute to editorial planning by identifying and developing content opportunities that align with member needs and business priorities
  • Own editorial and launch strategy for short form video content (Academy Shorts), working closely with writers, designers, and editors to ensure delivery
  • Source, screen, and manage member participants for storytelling initiatives such as podcasts, ensuring alignment with editorial and brand strategy
  • Coordinate cross-functional content projects, including internal communications, promotional materials, and commercial-facing presentations
  • Partner with clinical experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with our clinical and product strategy
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and approvals across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard

What you need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or a related field
  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple formats
  • Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating across teams
  • Familiarity with creative briefs, stakeholder discovery, and content planning processes
  • Experience working on video or multimedia content, including close collaboration with production teams
  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, balancing multiple stakeholder needs
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Certified C2 English proficiency or native or bilingual proficiency in English
