Sword Health is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Quality & Training Associate to join the Move business unit. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the highest quality of care for our members by managing quality systems, leading process improvement initiatives, and delivering impactful training to the Clinical Operations team. Your work will directly shape the efficiency and excellence of our care delivery, as you collaborate with leaders to set and maintain the gold standard in quality and performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Member Outcomes: Administer quality management systems to ensure the delivery of high quality of care to our members - including auditing, light analysis and reporting.
- Risk Management: Ensure critical policies and quality standards are adhered to. Manage the quality escalation process and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Training & Development: Create, manage, and deliver online training programs for the Clinical Operations team to improve performance quality and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes. Own the knowledge base for the Clinical Operations team, including ensuring it is constantly up-to-date and that updates are effectively communicated.
- Execution: Support the design of processes, tools and frameworks that drive efficiency and excellence in the delivery of care to our members.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively and effectively with leaders in the Clinical Operations org to implement and manage quality assurance processes.
What you need to have:
- A background in Healthcare, Business, or related field.
- Expertise in quality management systems (QMS), audits, and risk processes.
- Experience in creating and delivering training & development programs and managing a knowledge base.
- A strong bias towards execution, a hands-on approach and an ability to design and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Sound critical-thinking, sharp analytical ability (experience on Google Sheets and Looker strongly preferred) and clear communication skills.
- Effective in cross-functional teamwork and quality assurance.
- (Preferred, but not required) Background in digital healthcare with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
