The Logistics Specialist has experience with distribution, warehousing, and order fulfillment and relies on data-driven decision-making and is accountable for communicating between Sword Health and the carriers to ensure the order fulfillment process is carried out.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement solutions to address issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and logistics service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

What you need to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics and in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to interpret and communicate clearly in English.
  • Based in Porto Metropolitan Area or close by.
  • Experience with order fulfillment and international logistics.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Computer programs: Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Capacity and desire to master other Company tools such as Oracle/Net-Suite, Looker, Other WMS tools, etc.
