As an FP&A Senior Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and the broader Finance team with various financial and analytical tasks. You will ensure data accuracy and facilitate the smooth operation of all finance-related activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Financial Analysis:
  • - Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling;
    - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans;
    - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Reporting:
  • - Prepare financial reports to management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports;
    - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Data Management:
  • - Maintain and improve financial models, databases, and dashboards;
    - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial systems.
  • Process Improvement:
  • - Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to have:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in financial roles, preferably with a background in audit or similar fields;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
