Introduction:
Are you passionate about ensuring excellence in project management? Join our dynamic team as a skilled Project Manager professional, where you'll play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of project management, through our agile processes and meticulous attention to detail.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage projects autonomously as part of an overall program from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience (+3 years) managing multiple projects simultaneously and in project management related functions, namely in Tech Industry.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ability to analyze project metrics and performance data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira).
- Attention to detail, collaboration and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English) for effective stakeholder management and clear project documentation.
We'd Love to see:
- Understanding of Marketing processes.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments), or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
