Sword Health is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our marketing team. This high-impact role will be a key contributor to the Thrive Marketing team: owning, developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and engagement. The role requires a creative marketer who is proactive and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns across channels including email, direct mail, digital ads, webinars, and organic social media.
  • Design and execute data-driven marketing experiments.
  • Develop and produce engaging content for our marketing channels.
  • Maintain Thrive’s marketing calendar, including key campaigns and product GTMs.
  • Build and maintain centralized marketing asset repository, including user testimonials, imagery and copy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs across central marketing, marketing operations, Engineering and Data Science.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2C marketing, including growth, brand, product, and/or integrated marketing.
  • Analytical abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools; familiarity with Looker is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong bias toward action.
  • Extremely proactive and adaptable to a fluid environment.
