Who We're Looking For:
Sword Health is looking to hire Regional Vice President Public Sector, to join our team.
As part of Sword Health’s double-digit growth, we’re starting to work with some of the largest public sector entities in the country. We’ve just cracked the surface in this market and are looking for exceptional sales leadership to capitalize on the wealth of opportunity in this segment. In the role as RVP Public Sector Sales, you’ll uncover, develop and close opportunities within state and local municipalities, healthcare plans and partnerships by offering Sword’s digital musculoskeletal (MSK) solutions. Through your efforts, you’ll guide these entities toward reduced costs with positive clinical outcomes for public sector employees struggling with a variety of MSK conditions.
What You'll be Doing:
You’ll be involved in every aspect of our Public Sector sales process: developing leads, building interest, driving to close, managing and building client relationships.. You'll have visibility into the entire company, work side-by-side with our senior leadership, marketing, and product teams to increase the sales pipeline in your assigned region and drive to successful closure.
• Attend public sector conferences, trade shows and events as needed to spread awareness of Sword and build public sector relationships
• Work with partnerships, marketing and individually to develop a healthy sales pipeline of public sector prospects.
• Autonomously drive deals from initial discovery stages to close.
• Work with legal teams on contract negotiations and final signatures.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a successful enrollment of the Sword Health’s MSK digital solutions.
What You Need to Have:
• 5+ years of Public Sector sales relationships and experience.
• Willingness to travel 40% of the time
• Expertise in healthcare, self-Insured employers, health benefits, digital MSK solutions or disease management.
• Startup or digital point solution experience is a plus.
