We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in psychology and possess a mental health certification. This role primarily involves providing member care and contributing to the creation and curation of content related to mental health, both written and in audio/video formats.As a psychologist, you will play a critical role in improving the health and well-being of our members through mental health screenings and education. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and management of our mental health related content, including written, video, and audio materials.
What you'll be doing:
Member Care Treatment:
-Conduct individual assessments and evaluations.
-Support members with mental health concerns through guidance and evidence-based interventions
-Monitor and document member progress, adjusting interventions accordingly
-Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
Content Creation and Curation:
-Create and curate written, video, and audio content related to mental health and psychological well-being.
-Develop materials that can be used for educational purposes, both internally and externally.
-Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to promote mental health-related content.
-Ensure content is accurate, evidence-based, and accessible to a diverse audience.
-Participate in content planning, brainstorming, and strategy meetings.
-Provide guidance on incorporating healthy habits to support mental well-being.
Collaboration:
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dietitians and physicians, to provide comprehensive care to members.
What you need to have:
-PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited graduate program
-Commitment to providing evidence based treatments (CBT, DBT, ACT etc.).
-Valid and unrestricted state licensure
-Ongoing maintenance of professional licensure and certification.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to individuals across the age spectrum, from youth to adulthood.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Empathetic and compassionate approach to client care.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
-Proficiency in creating written, audio, and video content is a plus.
