The role provides a unique opportunity to design and build the recruiting engine on a global basis that will take Sword Health through its projected rapid growth and scaling over the next several years. We are seeking a driven, growth-oriented Talent Acquisition leader who has designed, built, and led teams that dramatically grew high-performing organizations. This is an early-stage company, so we need a leader that can develop strategy and execute disciplined processes and systems, but also is hands-on, resourceful and adaptable. This leader will be a strong partner to business leaders in support of growth; as such, they will have solid executive presence and credibility and EQ to work at all levels.
 
Sword’s nearly 600 employees today principally are in the United States and in Portugal, where Sword was founded. We will continue to open new markets over the next few years, so it is important that candidates have worked across multiple geographies and helped pioneer new ones, planting a recruiting flag and establishing an employer brand. Driving superior candidate and hiring team experiences will be key to building our employer brand and supporting initial employee engagement and stakeholder satisfaction. Sword is a data-driven organization, so the TA leader necessarily will be analytical, and highly metrics-and performance-oriented.
