What will you do at SuperPlay?

We're looking for an App Store Optimization Manager to join our Marketing department. You will manage our ASO efforts and improve ways to measure organic install uplifts from ASO activity. In this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and creative mindset who can work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities -

  • Analyze app store performance data, dashboards, and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on keyword rankings, conversion rates, downloads, retention signals, and competitor activity to improve organic performance.
  • Generate data-driven insights and translate them into actionable ASO strategies and optimization requests.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, and creative assets.
  • Work closely with the design team to brief and optimize app store creatives including icons, screenshots, videos, and promotional assets.
  • Plan, test, and analyze different creative and metadata variations to improve app store performance.
  • Take full ownership of the organic performance of assigned games, managing ASO activities from strategy to execution.
  • Stay up to date with ASO trends, app store algorithm updates, and new platform features.

Who are you?

Must-Have:

  • Background in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read dashboards, analyze performance data, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinking and strong awareness of mobile trends, competitors, and user behavior.
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to independently manage projects and drive execution end-to-end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
