What will you do at SuperPlay?

We are seeking a detail-driven Procurement Manager to support budgeting, reporting, purchasing, and process optimization across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient procurement and financial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing systems, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement workflows.
  • Support and assist in the implementation and ongoing use of the purchasing module in the Oracle system.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Finance team.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, review, and signing processes.
  • Manage procurement and operational workflows using the Mesh system.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports and support forecasting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operational and financial processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and compliant purchasing activities.

Who are you?

  • 1-3 years experience in procurement role- must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field- an advantage.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle systems and purchasing/procurement processes is a strong advantage.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
