What will you do at SuperPlay?
- Design and spec monetization-focused game features end-to-end -from concept to polished implementation.
- Deeply understand players, the business, and the game economy to build impactful monetization experiences.
- Work closely with art, dev, economy, and data teams to deliver high-quality features and live-ops initiatives.
- Own the product life cycle: research, wireframes, KPIs, scope, and tech art process.
- Analyze game and monetization KPIs to identify opportunities, run experiments, and optimize performance.
- Support planning and execution of in-game promotions, events, and monetization tools.
- Constantly pitch new ideas, experiment, and refine features based on data and player behavior.

Product-oriented, analytical, creative, and passionate about building great experiences that also drive business growth. You can move fast, collaborate well, and own your domain end-to-end.
Must Have:
- 1+ years of B2C Product Management experience - gaming advantage
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and takes full ownership.
- Strong Technical & analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with creative, data, and operations teams.
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
- Creative thinker with strong data orientation and a high sense of responsibility.
- Positive, curious, independent, and a fast learner.
Advantage:
- 1+ years of experience in gaming monetization/live-ops/CRM/product marketing.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful game features, especially monetization-related.
- Knowledge of Unity.
